About us

The mission of the BTA is to inform, assist and sustain all the stakeholders interested in and/or involved in new forms of work organization's (NFWO)  projects. To achieve this goal, BTA :

• organizes seminars;
• publishes informations and books related to its mission;
• collaborates to institutional projects dedicated to the understanding of NFWO;
• sensibilizes the different stakeholders (employers, employees, politicians and scholars) to the stakes related to those NFWO;
• contributes to the exchange of informations and experiences on NFWO (conferences, workshops);
• constitutes a multidisciplinary platform offering information on legal, HR, ICT and other organisational issues
