Among the usual topics related to the new forms of work organization, we can identify 6 main issues, which are developed in this section: 

• Defining eWork
• Strategic issues : why implementing telework in a company? How to achieve it? Which goals have to be pursued? Is telework transposable from one company to another? In this section, we present some guidelines and experiences to provide a support to the development of such eWork practices.
• Human Resource issues : does telework modify the way of managing people? The answer is "yes, to a certain extent"...but which? This section explores what is at stake in organizational and managerial terms and what has to be done and taken into account for managing eWorkers. 
• Legal issues : working remotely, at home or, at least, at a distance puts some legal features into question. Regarding the existing legal literature, this section proposes and explains the dimensions that have to be mentioned in agreements, stipulating which formal agreements have to be signed.
• Technological issues : the "e" in eWork refers to a specific technological context and equipment. This section explains which are the different solutions that could be implemented in order to implement eWork and what are the stakes related to each of them.
• Financial issues : what are the expected costs and benefits of such changes in the way of organizing work?

BTA publishes some informations related to those 6 topics. Some are available to all on this website. Others are only downloadable by members of BTA.
